Duk da cewa bayanai daga masu kewaya sararin samaniya sun nuna cewa akwai kankara a ruwa , binciken ramukan wata a yankunan da ke kewaye da wata bai yiwu ba saboda rashin fasahar da ta dace don samar da wutar lantarki ga masu juyawar wata a wurare masu duhu da sanyi sosai waɗanda ke da zafin jiki na -240°C. Aikin PHILIP ('Powering rovers by High Intensity Laser Induction on Planets ') wanda Hukumar Sararin Samaniya ta Turai ta ba da umarnin a shirye yake ya samar da samfuran da za su samar da wutar lantarki ga waɗannan masu juyawa a ƙoƙarin gano shaidar wanzuwar ruwa a cikin waɗannan ramuka.
